Craigslist Missed Connections

Is it just Portland Craigslist or is every city this creepy and weird? Is it the lead-up to the holidays that makes people desperately reach out to the randoms they've recently met?

Exhibit A - The creepy faux "I saw you, or let me congratulate you for being hot."

Using my powers of deduction, I have deduced that this is probably the same creepy guy. Who works out at my gym btw.
