Rummin' out cocktail ideas?

Urrrrh. Maybe I'll change the title of this post later. In the meantime, gray skies will clear when you mix up a batch of these sweet adult beverages. I believe the correct pronunciation is moe-JEE-toe. As usual with cocktails I dilute the mixture with soda water to cut calories. I also froze some fresh mint leaves in the ice tray, crushing them first to release the aroma.

3 oz. Bacardi or other light Rum
2 oz. Lime juice
2 oz. Soda Water
6 Mint Leaves
1 Teaspoon Sugar
Splash of Pineapple juice
Crush mint leaves in bottom of cocktail shaker. Add sugar and rum and juice. Shake with ice. Add soda water. If ya wanna be fancy garnish with pineapple.
